Photocopies

Before producing photocopies of unsolicited letters, I will quote their comments once more so you can easily decide which to verify:

Concerning the 1972 case of Wisconsin v. Yoder, the 1979 case of Kentucky State Bd. v. Rudasill, the 1983 case of Bangor Baptist Church v. State of Maine, and other cases in which I assisted him, Attorney William Bentley Ball wrote:

“I, too, reminisce about our cases, and I never cease telling of Erickson on the stands in Wisconsin and at Bangor, Frankfort, etc.  You turned those cases into victories.”          see Ball’s letter

Concerning the 1983 case of Blount v. State of Maine,  Attorney Samuel W. Lanham, Jr. wrote:

“I am deeply grateful for your assistance in this case, and your testimony was, in your usual fashion, excellent!  I was very pleased with what occurred in the court room while you were on the witness stand, and I was particularly impressed by the colloquy which took place between you and Judge Brody.  His discussion with you was one of the few times during the entire week that he engaged himself with any witness.”   see Lanham’s first letter

“Yes, the years have flown by, but memories of the Blount case and working with you remain a highlight of my legal career.   . . .   I remember well during the Blount trial that Judge Brody had one of his sons visit the trial to hear your testimony.   I doubt that you know that.   Thanks to the tutelage of Bill Ball, we had in that case the best expert testimony the nation had to offer.” see Lanham’s second letter

Concerning the 1997 case of Vaughn v. Jackson, Attorney Mike Farris, president of HSLDA, wrote:

“While I will talk to you more in Boston, I just wanted you to know that I thought you did a great job testifying in the Vaughn v. Jackson trial, even under very trying circumstances. . . . The judge held that home schooling was a good option and your testimony was very critical to that ruling.”   see the Farris letter

Concerning my testimony before his U. S. Senate subcommittee, Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan wrote:

“Your testimony was splendid—lucid, informative and greatly helpful to the Committee and I should like to extend my warm personal thanks.”   see Moynihan’s letter

Concerning the 2003 case of Benton v. Svejar/Contrerar, the lead attorney for Benton wrote:   “Your testimony was very impressive, very effective, and every incisive. “The best measure of that was when the Judge said to the other side, when they said they were going to cross-examine you further: ‘I wouldn’t ask him much, because the more that man testifies, the less progress your side makes.”    The Benton lead attorney's letter is not reproduced here, but I am authorized to rush you a copy of it by mail or fax, whichever you prefer, at your request.   Just e-mail me your request, by using the rocket at the top of the page, and I will quickly respond.
